At United Printex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your United Printex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
